<aside> 💬 How this template works: This template is used within a database to create product specs PER DEV CYCLE (ours are 1 week). The reason for this is that the urgency of finishing an entire task list is raised when there is a hard date cutoff. When there is very low consequence to dragging your feet on a task, it gets easy to get behind. When it’s clear that something was brought over from another cycle, people are less likely to let that happen.

The below cycle tasks template is basically the default Notion one. We use it very minimally (just tasks) as we are a small and highly agile (in the literal sense) team.
